This is the official Dossier of Phillip Von Trap. He has been in no pictures and no videos, so only vague descriptions of him are know, but if you ever see him, you will know it is him. These are the alleged fingerprints of Phillip Von Trap,  but have not been confirmed to be actually his. He has been a spy for many years and has no plans for retiring.
